This patch implements IP Pool based dynamic IP address assignment for
Cistron Radius, and other minor features.
It can be found on ftp://ftp.alt.it/pub/ip-pool

The pach is still against Cistron Radius version 1.5.4.3 beta16.
I guess thet it should work with 1.5.4.3 final release.
Current version is 1.0.1, a bugfix for 1.0.
Major changes in this release:
- Locking should now be OK: you can choose between SVID IPC locking using
semaphores,
or UNIX file locking (flock); I strongly recommend SVID IPC.
- The README has been revised.
