полазал по инету и воспользоваля http://bugtraq.ru/forum/faq/sysadmin/proxyupdate.html
ничего не изменилось... не понимаю.. почему deny ?

на всякий случай сделал в конфиге скида пару правил..

такое кстати возникает время от времени в разных компаниях, никакой системы отследить не смог!

авторизация NTLM
