Вы неправильно зырите, начинать надо с анализа sh call hist voice id $id. На данном этапе зырьте на DisconnectCause, ReleaseSource и IEC.

In addition, a signaling message cannot be delivered. This condition can be temporary. However, the condition can last for an extended period in some cases. This cause indicates that a signaling message could not be delivered to the remote user. For example, a physical layer or data link layer fails at the remote user end, and the user equipment is off-line (turned off).

Я предполагал, что возможно еще удаленный роутер еще не конфигурирован, но так как "ReleaseSource 6 - Internal release in a VoIP leg" подумал что проблема у меня в настройках dial-peer. Кроме того, как видел из детальной информации звонка, RemoteSignallingIPAddress имеет значение, но RemoteMediaIPAddress=0.0.0.0. Попрошу персонала удаленного роутера проверить свою часть.
